I was organising a joint party for my wife and 2 children and remembered with only a few days to go that I needed a cake topper for cakes for each of them. Ordered a topper in the busy end of December, spoke to Jake via email to design my custom topper for my friends wedding cake. He was so helpful and my topper arrived within two days. It is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was after. I am incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend using them. I ordered 2 custom wooden cake toppers and they were ready for pickup the next business day, wow! It’s a warehouse so a bit confusing where to go for pick up, but I called them and the guy came out straight away to meet me, went out of his way to see if I’m happy with the toppers (I was, they were extremely well made and high quality) and he packed them back up carefully to make sure they were protected. I cannot say enough about my cake topper! I placed the order and received word that it was shipping out less than 24hrs later. It arrived in good packaging and it is such a high quality. It is just as pictured on the website and I’ll easily be able to keep it for something else do to its durability. I highly recommend this company!
