How long will it take for my order to be produced once payment is made?

We try and have all of our items ready for dispatch within two working days of your order. Sometimes with demand this can stretch out another day or so.

Can I pick up in-store?

Yes, pick up is available from our Smithfield factory by appointment only. There are no products on display as all items are custom made, but clients are welcome to pick up their products.

Does personalisation mean a longer wait time?

No. Since ALL our products are made by us, on our own machines we are able to reduce production time significantly.

How can I change my shipping address?

Please email us immediately and we will try our best to amend this for you. Generally if it is within 24 hours of ordering we should be able to change it.

How do you ship my orders?

All orders are shipped by Australia Post. We have two options, standard and express. Please specify your preference at check out.

What are your shipping rates?

Standard Shipping – up to 5 working days from dispatch – $12
Express Shipping – 1-3 working days from dispatch – $20
Pick Up – For free.

How do I cancel or return a product?

Unfortunately as all of our products are custom made, we don’t accept cancellations or returns.
