FAQs – A-Frames

1: Are both A-frames double-sided?

A: Yes, all our A-frames are printed double-sided by default — no single-sided option is offered.

2: Can I choose between gloss and matte finishes?

A: Yes. For the metal face A-frame, you can select either gloss or matte laminate during the order process. The corflute insertable version is printed direct to 5mm corflute and does not include laminate.

3: Can I order replacement corflute inserts?

A: Absolutely. If you’ve previously purchased a corflute insertable A-frame from us, you can re-order just the printed inserts anytime. Contact us for pricing.

4: Do you offer a design service if I don’t have artwork?

A: Yes, we offer a flat-rate design service for $49, which includes 2 rounds of revisions. Just select the option at checkout and send us your logo and brief.

5: What’s the turnaround time?

A: Standard turnaround is 2–4 business days from artwork approval. Urgent orders may be available on request — please contact us before ordering.

6: Can you ship Australia-wide?

A: Yes, we deliver across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
