What is the difference between the materials?
Smooth Matte – This has a very smooth and prestigious feel to it, completely flat face film.
Textured Canvas – This film has a textured grain throughout, giving it a sublime and luxurious experience. This is our favourite and is a completely green material.
If I make a mistake lining up a print, how do I correct it?
You can simply peel it back to the point where you need to and reapply the film.
Are your inks environmentally friendly?
Yes, our prints are done on latex machines and are 100% green.
Is your material fire retardant?
Yes, both options are fire retardant. Please email us for a copy of the testing.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes, we do. We are based in Sydney and handle all installations in Sydney and surrounding areas. We have interstate contractors for installations across Australia. For a quote, please reach out to us via email.
Can I remove my wallpaper and re-install it somewhere else?
No. Our wallpapers offer clean removability within 12 months of delivery. After this period, the film may stretch too much when removed and will be very difficult to re-align for re-installation.
Can you ship to other countries?
We ship Australia-wide through our website. For international shipping, please reach out to us via email for pricing.
How do I order a sample of the design I like?
On each product page, you will see a link to ‘Order a sample’. For $10, you can have your chosen print sent to you in both finishes we offer, so you can decide which finish you prefer.
What tools do I need to install the wallpaper?
The main tool is a ‘squeegee,’ which is used to apply pressure on the film so it sticks to the wall. We provide this in your installation kit. Other recommended tools are a ladder, measuring tape, Stanley knife, cleaning cloth, and low-tack masking tape. If your wall has a low-energy surface or is painted in wash-and-wear paint, we recommend a prep coat for better adhesion.
What is the minimum and maximum size I can order?
The minimum size is 1sqm, and there is no maximum. We print in widths between 75-100cm depending on wall size, with each print tiled for overlap. We will provide a detailed tile map in your installation kit, showing the number and size of each tile.
Is my wall suitable for wallpaper installation?
Most interior walls are suitable, as long as they are not painted with wash-and-wear or Teflon-based paints. A test piece is included in your installation kit. Leave it on the wall for 24 hours; if the edges curl or it’s difficult to remove, consider using a prep coat. We recommend Viponds brand for this purpose. Feel free to contact us with questions.
How long will my wallpaper last?
Installed wallpaper typically lasts 5 years indoors. If exposed to direct sunlight, certain areas may deteriorate faster. Clean removal is possible within 12 months, but longer-term maintenance may be needed if the wall was not prepped properly.
How do I clean the wallpaper?
Dust removal is best done with a duster or microfiber cloth. For more intense cleaning, use a damp cloth only, as harsh chemicals may damage the print. For specific issues, please send us a photo for guidance.
What is the best way to measure my wall?
Using a tape measure, measure the wall from left to right and top to bottom. Provide measurements in millimeters (mm). We add a 40mm bleed to all sides of the print to account for discrepancies.
