At Avanti Print & Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following guidelines and instructions for returning items:
1. Return Eligibility:
- All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service for further assistance in such cases.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to facilitate the return process.
- Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order for further assistance.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure safe delivery. Avanti Print & Design is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item(s) are approved.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Return Policy Restrictions:
- Avanti Print & Design reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above eligibility criteria or if the return policy is abused.
- Refunds or returns may be subject to restocking fees if the returned item(s) are not in their original condition or packaging.
